The Come as You Are series was created by Yoga Behind Bars, a Seattle-based non-profit that has been offering yoga and meditation to youth and adults living behind bars since 2008. These meditations are all trauma-informed and each focuses on invitation language, giving you options and inviting you to show up just as you are. Together we explore the idea of connecting to something greater than ourselves, we practice choosing how to respond to our environment and its stimuli, and we gently focus on feelings of gratitude and wonder. All three classes start with gentle, trauma-informed dynamic and intuitive movement followed by guided visualizations to bring peace, deeply relax, and connect. 10% of revenue from these meditations is donated to Yoga Behind Bars. | 50 minute sessions | 80 minute sessions
