A Centered Moment has 5 practices that assist in resetting your internal alignment and refocus the lens with which you interact with the world. These classes are ordered from the most physically active, Mandala Namaskar, to least active, Work with the Mind. Come out of these sessions with a fresh perspective and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Mandala Namaskar

The Energetic Flow Series marries a vigorous yoga practice with illuminating yoga instruction. Mandalas or circular flows offer a fresh perspective when looking at the whole world around us. Just like a different point of view, this class will challenge the ways you might normally think about and experience your practice. And who knows? Maybe you'll come full circle back to yourself. Foundations of Hip Opening

Foundations classes are dialed down Vinyasa practices that still move—perfect for getting out of your head and into your body. This hip opening focused class will stretch your hips and hamstrings preparing you for deeper hip opening poses. Practice this class in the evening, when you need to calm down and get grounded and or when you need some low back relief. Good for beginners or those who want to get back to basics. Nature's Rhythm

In this Nature’s Rhythm meditation we will focus on dropping into our body sensations, imagining experiences in the natural world through visualization, and exploring the idea of connecting to something greater than ourselves.
