This restorative class is geared toward opening up the side waist, and is great for anyone, pregnant or not. Create space in your spine and calm your nervous system so your body and mind have room to rest. You'll be in each pose for at least 5-8 minutes. If you need to come out before that, please do. These classes are open to all levels. Low intensity | 50 minute classes | 80 minute session | Filmed in Tofino, BC
