The vinyasa class is geared towards strengthening your legs, side waist, and back to support your growing baby. As you move through the class, be mindful of how the pace, breath, and poses are feeling in your body. If anything offered doesn’t work for you, feel free to do either a different variation or quite simple rest in child’s pose or a seated position. This class is recommended for those who have done yoga prior to their pregnancy. Medium intensity |  50 minute class | 80 minute session | Filmed in Tofino, BC
