This restorative practice opens up the front and back body, and is great for anyone, pregnant or not. As your baby begins to grow, it puts more weight it creates tension in the front and back body. This practices opens up both sides. The goal of restorative yoga is to calm the nervous system and give the body and mind space to rest. You'll hold each pose for about 5–8 minutes. If you need to come out earlier please do. These classes are open to all levels. Low intensity | 50 minute class | 80 minute session | Filmed in Tofino, BC
