In this Resilience meditation we will practice expanding our capacity to recover from difficulties. We will explore the idea of being a witness - a witness to our own bodies and it's movements, to our breath and to our thoughts. We will work on choosing how to respond to our environment and its stimuli, rather than reacting in habitual ways that may limit us or cause us to suffer. This class begins with about 20 minutes of accessible movement then transitions into a relaxation and awareness-focused meditation. 10% of revenue from this class is donated to Yoga Behind Bars. | 50 minute class | 80 minute session
