Foundations classes are dialed down Vinyasa practices that still move—perfect for getting out of your head and into your body. This class breaks down the fundamental elements of Vinyasa flow, including sun salutations, warrior poses, balancing poses, hip openers and backbends. Expect pauses to watch demonstrations as well as flows where you'll work up a sweat. Good for beginners or those wanting to get back to basics.
